Water- Ice, minor self healing
Earth- Sand bending

Level 4:
Water- Healing, Plant, Swamp, able to blast self with water to reach higher surface.
Earth- Metal Bending, Able to use earth to launch self to higher surface.
Air: Able to blast self up to higher surface.
Fire: Able to blast self up using fire, Lightning.
 
Level 5:
Water: Blood Bending, mass water freezing



(Magma may be used by Earthbenders at level 5, but only if it is visible. Only the Avatar, in the Avatar state, can bring magma up from beneath the surface.)
